Nokia 3110c mic problem solution

Some days ago a mobile phone repairer request me for nokia 3110c mic problems solution.He again call me today for this solution so I make this solution for him and share everybody.Hi said her phones mic ic is damage and ic tip/pin is broken.So this solution is make without mic ic.

How to do this solution : If any body face this problem then first remove mic ic then make this jumper.I hope problem will be solve.
