Step by step guide to unlock your Vodacom E173z-2 Tanzania Huawei E303 HiLink Modem Free :
Download the firmware version 21.157.31.00.850 from the download link which is provided at the end of the article.
Now download the univeral master code and huawei modem code writer tool also from the link which is provided at the end of the article.
Now disconnect the internet and close all the running software / dashboard / connection manager of modem.
Now run the universal master code and generate the flash code of your IMEI through Huawei tab and note down somewhere.
Now run the Firmware version 21.157.31.00.850 to flash your modem with generic firmware.
When firmware will ask for password then provide the password as flash code which you have already noted.
Now after a few minutes it will be finished.
Now run the Huawei Modem Code Writer tool and click on “Please Select Com Port”.




Now it will detect the com port of your modem.
Now just select it and click on Unlock Modem.
It will ask you for unlock code.
Just provide the unlock code and you have done.

Hi guys! Obvious with an official cm10.1 by team cyanogen we have also a recovery and possibility to flash root!
And here is a simple guide to flash it!

Pre-required:

• Jelly bean
• Driver lg installed correctly

Download:

• For Rom Toolkit tool 1.3.1: Rom toolkit 1.3.1 - Pastebin.com
• For root: SuperSU Download

Remember for unlock bootloader you must wait about 1 hour with jelly bean and phone on! dont reboot it!

Unlock bootloader and Flash recovery:

• Connect phone to pc with debug mode and software lg on
• Install Rom toolkit tool
• Execute Rom toolkit
• Press "Unlock bootloader" and your phone reboots into an LG mode and you must press vol up to unlock bootloader
• Then press "Flash recovery" and program flash recovery - if phone reboot automatically the recovery is flashed, if no see if pc recognize phone when it is on fastboot mode
• Hold vol up + home button and power button and release power button at vibration for boot into recovery!

Install root:

• Reboot to recovery
• Flash supersu zip
• reboot!
